All Day Dining Restaurant JING is characterised by seven island kitchens where top chefs create an array of global cuisines, including Indian, Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, Japanese, European and Southern American. Dishes are prepared ‘a la minute’ and served directly by the chefs in the restaurant styled like an ‘old Suzhou’ street market. JING’s airy, glass-enclosed space seats 160 diners, and is complemented by delightful garden seating next to the lake.
